Since our foundation in 1998, we have accumulated years of dedication, passion and experience in the retail real estate sector. In Spain this is a very dynamic sector and one of the most innovative and attractive ones to invest in. The retail world ranges from Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Commercial Premises, as well as Restaurants, Adventure Parks, Gyms and other Sports Premises, Leisure Centres and Cinemas, among others.
From our offices in Madrid and Málaga we provide services on a national level.
Our Madrid headquarters are located in the emblematic Barrio de Salamanca district, just a few steps away from Plaza del Marqués de Salamanca and Calle Jose Ortega y Gasset, the heart of the most exclusive boutiques in our capital.
Whilst our Málaga office is strategically located in the avant-garde Barrio de las Artes district (Soho Málaga), in the building whose facade hosts the famous “Chameleon”, a popular work of art by the renowned Belgian street artist ROA.
